About DTC Southern Heights Cultural Association
DTC Southern Heights Cultural Association (DTCSHCA) is the cultural association of DTC Southern Heights in Joka, Kolkata. We work to promote cultural activities, community participation, social initiatives, educational programmes, festivals and community welfare.
