Information we collect

If you send a message through the contact page, we store the details you submit — such as name, email, phone and message — so the association can respond.

How we use it

Contact details are used only for association communication related to DTCSHCA activities and Jagadhatri Puja. We do not sell this information.

Payments

Online contributions are collected through Razorpay. We store the block, flat, mobile number and optional email you select, along with the payment reference, so the association can acknowledge the contribution. Card details are handled by Razorpay, not stored on this website.

Photographs

If you upload a photograph through the gallery page, we store the image, caption, category and optional name you provide. Photographs are held for admin review in DigitalOcean Spaces. Approved photographs may be shown in the gallery and on other pages of this website. Please upload only photographs you have the right to share.
